Going from the market square along the Belfry (Halletoren) through the busy Wollestraat in Bruges, you come to a chocolate maker which you must not miss: Pralinette, a unique chocolate company.

In a sphere of cocoa Fangio De Baets and his chocolate masters welcome you in Bruges' largest chocolate shop where you can see the chocolates and filled chocolates being made freshly every day.

In the shop there is the workshop with the traditional melting cauldrons in which the chocolate is prepared.

Resulting in an irresistibly delicate smell of freshly melted white, milk and dark chocolate.

Our family company has in a short time built up a reputation as a manufacturer of the finest Belgian filled chocolates according to traditional methods.

The handmade filled chocolates are skillfully prepared with the finest, purest chocolate and without added sugar. According to our own "Pralinette recipe" with real butter and fresh cream, resulting in a healthy top quality, we make about 83 different filled chocolates, including many specialties like truffles, asparagus, cherry bon bons, seafood, and so on...

Greatly to be recommended are the succulent Pralinettes d'Amandes.

After a busy week we welcome Fangio back tomorrow.

He did it great is Shanghai! We are very proud.

It was Jeffrey's birthday this week and we made a big chocolate cake, he was really surprised.

Now we are looking forward to tomorrow to see and hear all the great things from China

Finally, after a few weeks of thinking and testing our new website is online.

Next week Fangio will be in shanghai and I have to go to Antwerp to tast and judge a new kind of concept chocolate.
