Sales conditions

The goods will leave our shop after authorization of the payment for the goods and the shipment. The goods travel at buyer's risk. All our chocolates are fresh made and will be properly wrapped prior shipment. Damaged, melted or broken chocolates will not be replaced. Every order leaves our shop ex works.
Conservation
Don't keep your chocolates in the refrigerator. Conserve them at normal dry room temperature in their closed boxes (ideal temperature is 18° Celsius or 64° Fahrenheit). The filled chocolates can be kept for up to 6 to 8 weeks, the unfilled chocolates from 6 months to a year.
