Ambalahonko cacao grows in northwestern Madagascar on one of the plantations of MAVA Estate, north of Ambanja. This cacao is known for its aromatic, rounded profile with a beautiful fresh fruit character.

This 72% dark chocolate offers a refined flavour profile with notes of lemon, raspberry, strawberry, cashew and cedar wood. The quality of this cacao was recognised with a Cacao of Excellence Award in 2019, placing it among the 50 best cacaos in the world.
