Origine Peru 72%

Discover exceptional cacao from the upper basin of the Apurímac River in the VRAEM region of Cusco, Peru. This area is home to remarkable ecological and geographical diversity, with different ecosystems ranging from 400 to 3,000 metres in altitude.

In 2017, several local farmers joined forces to develop a legal and sustainable source of income through cacao production. This led to the creation of the Qori Warmi cooperative, meaning “women are worth gold” in Quechua. Within the cooperative, promising native cacao genetics were selected and are now being propagated among its member growers.

A carefully selected “Ganza” variety, combined with strictly controlled post-harvest processing, gives this cacao its exceptional aromatic character.

This 72% dark chocolate offers a refined and complex flavour profile with notes of floral aromas, pink pepper, physalis, macadamia, passion fruit and mango.

An exceptional origin chocolate with remarkable aromatic complexity, revealing the unique character of Peruvian cacao from the VRAEM region.
